Accountability becomes the mortar in the bricks you’re laying toward a simpler life.

The accountability portion of the coaching program allows you to put a simplicity plan into action. This allows us to go beyond just talking about what changes to make…I’m with you every step of the way in actually making those changes. Together, we will define the accountability metrics that make sense, and you’ll be able to track your habit consistency and goal completion in the app. Our lines of communication are always open (app messaging, email, phone), and I’m here to be the most effective advocate I can be for you.

DARe to Simplify Coaching Plan

DARe to Simplify is a 6 month private coaching program for people who are ready to live on purpose through simplicity.

In this personalized, one-on-one coaching program, we will clarify what’s most important to you and design strategies for you to take control of your life. No more living out other people’s values. No more lack of direction for how to maximize your life.

You will start showing up for yourself and those you care for every day with a clear perspective on the type of life you want to live. When you cross the line into a simpler life, you will discover a level of contentment and freedom that will transform your life.

In this program, we’ll follow my DARe Method:

  • Define your why - make it big enough and clear enough to sustain change

  • Assemble a plan for change - support, tools, timing, accountability, scaling wins…everything you need to move forward

  • Revel in your wins - celebrate as you go, be a beacon to others

DARe to Simplify is a 6 month (26 weeks) program that includes:

  • A full assessment of where you are today and the simplicity goals you want accomplish

  • Coaching project plan for the duration of the program with defined goals, tools, and processes

  • 60 minute 1:1 coaching call every other week plus a week one launch call (14 calls total)

  • Caching session recording/notes for ongoing reference

  • Personalized daily accountability metric tracking, analytics, and chat through Nudge (app and web access)

  • Email and app support for the duration of the program

  • Ongoing goal assessment and progress discussions

  • Video chat availability as needed for support

  • Coaching is helping to clarify a plan for improvement and putting that plan into practice. It’s identifying the specific changes needed to get beyond the mental blocks standing between you and your goals. This is a partnership.

    Coaches can provide new resources, motivation, and tools to help you make positive changes. The coaching process brings you a personal advocate and source of accountability.

  • The goal is to build momentum quickly and sustain the wins. To keep you moving forward, my coaching program is built around a week 1 launch call, followed by 1 hour sessions every other week - with plenty of support and availability between calls. The sessions themselves will be guided by the topic(s) we’re tackling, but will include a combination of review, discussion, goal setting/adjustment, and tools to use.

  • I am happy to explore any areas of simplicity that are important to you. Great places to start, though, include clutter (physical and mental), finances, health, finances, and personal commitments.

    More than anything, though, we want to prioritize what speaks to you.

  • In my experience, multiple sessions bundled with ongoing accountability metrics and encouragement are the most effective way to reach your goals. While one-off coaching sessions can be valuable, making changes in your life takes commitment, support, and time.

  • I believe coaching can be helpful for everyone. While generally associated with athletes and executives, coaching for something we want to improve is really for anyone. Rather than letting life get in the way of making positive changes, we get a partner who is committed to our success. Not only does coaching help us reach our potential, we get a framework and built-in success partner with the focus and accountability of a coach.

  • Coaching is largely the time we spend together in discussion and identifying the positive changes you want to make in your life…and how to make those changes. Accountability is what happens between those conversations. You will have specific habits to practice and goals to reach as part of the coaching process, and accountability pushes the progress forward.

    I use a customized accountability program for each client through Nudge. You’ll be able to track your progress in the app, and we can stay in communication throughout.

  • Therapists have certain educational and license requirements to provide mental healthcare treatment. They most often deal with historical psychological patterns a person may have and can diagnose and treat mental health needs. Coaches, on the other hand, serve as a guide and sounding board for areas of your life focused on personal and professional development. Coaching aims to deliver sustainable behavior changes through setting and achieving goals, shifting perspectives, and overall self-improvement.
